What’s New at the Studio?

NEW: Running every Wednesday at 16:00 o'clock.
Josef Pilates jogged frequently for half an hour in New York's Central Park.
We meet in front of the Studio. The running course is along the Landwehr Channel and - depending on your condition - about 30 minutes long.
You don't need to register, just come and join!

NEU: Free Trial Session every first Saturday, starting 4 pm.
With the registration you automatically get a credit with which you can enroll for the session.

NEU: Exchange rate at Core Pilates
From now on, you can use your group course credits for other course types.
1 Trio ('30) : 1 Group Course
1 Trio : 2 Group Courses
1 Duo : 3 Group Courses
1 Solo : 5 Group Courses

NEW: Levels
Starting January, you can find your current training level under My Core Pilates .
Level 1: Less than 8 session within the last 3 months.
Level 2: At least 8 sessions within the last 3 months.
Level 3: At least 30 sessions within the last 6 months.
Level 4: Advanced/professional students, only upon consultation.
