In the Professional Training classes, the first hour consists of training together, followed by a coaching. Afterwards, advanced participants can train self-reliant with the equipment, or can exchange with each other.

Important! 1-2 days prior the the training, tasks will be asigned. Preparation for the training is therefore required!
