During the Semi-Private the doors are open for your own unguarded training. You decide how long you want to train. The training room is as at your disposition for 60 minutes, so that you can follow your own individual training plan.

This class is designed for all participants with at least Level 2. An instructor is around to give feedback or help correcting excercises. However, if you need more intensive coaching, we recommend to take a Solo.

This class can be booked with a group card.
