With this form of training, you can take advantage of the equipment developed by Joseph Pilates. With the aim of making your training as effective as possible, we offere a variety of course formats and levels. As a consequence, we can work progressively and safely at your health related and aesthetical goals, in order to get optimal results.

Level I
Recommended for everyone who starts or re-starts with Pilates. In this course, you will learn the Classical Pilates basic exercises, principles and concepts at the Classical Equipment (e.g. Tower).

Level II
This course build on the knowledge gained from the Level 1 course and introduces new Classical Pilates Equipment, like Chair or Spine Corrector. It is also a great complementation for all group participants, with the aim of further improve movements on the Classical Equipment.

Level III
Eine Herausforderung f眉r erfahrene Teilnehmer und Pilates Trainer. Voraussetzung ist der sichere Umgang mit den Ger盲ten und die Integration der Pilates Prinzipien in das Training.

Trio 芒鈧劉30
The 30-minutes Trio is a compact workout for everyone who wants to make the most of the Lunch Break. Please look for courses in your level! This course can be booked with a group card.

Stretching
This course starts with a dynamic workout and closes with an intensive and long stretching. This course is open to all levels!

Postnatal
This course is designed for mothers after child birth. You will learn the Classical Pilates Principles and Concepts that you can also apply to your daily life. Welcome back to your center!
